DOES MY PUPPY/KITTEN NEED TO BE VACCINATED?

Yes. Your puppy or kitten will need to have had their first vaccination and to continue on with their vaccination schedule throughout the course.

DOES MY PUPPY/KITTEN NEED TO BE DESEXED?

No, they do not.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND PER PET?

1-2 people per animal can attend the class.

CAN I ATTEND EVEN IF THE CLASS IS FULL?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the space we work in we are limited to 5 puppies (Puppy Preschool) and 4 kittens (Kitten Kindy) per class. This is to ensure everyone has enough space to work in and stay safe. It also enables us to provide more individual attention to everyone in class.

WHAT IF MY PUPPY/KITTEN IS SICK?

If your puppy/kitten is unwell, for the health and safety of the other puppies/kittens, we ask that you do not attend until they are 100% better. You may need an letter from a veterinarian stating that they are healthy enough to attend classes again. If you show up with an unwell puppy/kitten you will not be allowed into class. As soon as you are aware you cannot make a class, please either email us at info@purrandpuptraining.com or call Pendle Hill Vets on (02) 9636 5641 24 hours in advance. You will be sent the notes and homework from that week so you do not fall behind.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND A CLASS?

If you cannot make a class, please either email us at info@purrandpuptraining.com or call Pendle Hill Vets on (02) 9636 5641 at least 24 hours in advance. You will be sent the notes and homework from that week so you do not fall behind. There may be a chance for make up lessons, however, this is not guaranteed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and PayPal (which also includes PayPal's Pay in 4) via our website.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Refunds are not offered for failure to attend a class or for change of mind. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you cancel 48 hours before the first class starts, a full refund will be given. To cancel a spot in one of our classes please email us at info@purrandpuptraining.com.
